Our monthly service model provides full-time access to any level of HR support without needing to hire a full-time person. And because our goal is to be so much more than a vendor, we use monthly subscription-based service agreements that are flexible... just a 30-day written notice to change or cancel your services at any time.

Basic HR Support

  • Assistance and instructions for various HR issues (i.e. work comp, UI, EEOC claims, EE relations issues etc.)

HR Management

Everything in the Basic plan, plus:

  • Complete HR Administration (executed by our team)

    • UI claims management​

    • WC claims management

    • Background checks

    • FMLA/leave administration​​

  • Policy Management​

    • Handbook/policies​

    • Acknowledgements & tracking

    • Creation &/or Revision

  • Employee onboarding & new hire process management, including offer letters

  • Full-scale payroll administration

  • Basic recruiting functions for non-entry level positions 

HR Department

Everything in the Management plan, plus:

  • ​Complete management, execution & oversight of the entire HR function

  • Full-scale Organizational Development support

    • Full fleet of Job descriptions​

    • Org chart & list of positions

    • Comp analytics & salary ranges

    • Candidate or incumbent evaluations

    • Change & transition support

  • Weekly strategy & sit-rep call w/the HR team​

  • Project management & systems maintenance 

  • Complete employee relations management:

    • HR email on your company server​

    • Company or Departmental Communication

    • Direct communication with employees 

  • Strategy & process improvement​

  • Regular attention to your company & priorities

  • Crisis management & conflict resolution mediation

  • Full-service, full cycle recruiting for entry-level positions

  • Benefits broker assessment, selection & management

  • Manager development assessment & training strategy

  • Vendor research & selection support​ (i.e. Payroll system)

No problem! We have hourly rates for all things HR.

 

Anything that is in our scope of services, we can provide at an hourly rate instead of a monthly subscription.
