Our Precision HR Design Framework
We build your monthly HR plan line-by-line, so you invest in the HR you need, not the HR you don't.
Most companies don't need "more HR"
They need more precise HR
Precision requires clarity around which HR functions belong in a structured monthly support system... and which functions do not.

Our design framework breaks HR into its component parts and rebuilds it intentionally.

The Framework
Step 1 - Define your access model
We determine the level of on-going advisory engagement your leadership team requires - from structured consultation to embedded HR Business Partner
Step 2 - Identify critical functions
We break HR down into its foundational components - payroll administration, benefits management, compliance oversight, employee lifecycle tracking, and regulatory alignment - and help you determine what requires on-going management.
Step 3 - Design your management architecture
We clarify reporting cadence, employee milestone tracking, regulatory monitoring, and executive alignment to ensure accountability and foresight.
Step 4 - Establish communication flow
We design how HR interfaces with employees, managers, executives, and - when necessary, the board of directors. Structured communication reduces risk and drift.
Step 5 - Build recruiting infrastructure
We define recruiting scope and volume - from limited posting support to full-cycle management - based on hiring velocity and organizational growth.
Step 6 - Forecast strategic projects
We identify structural initiatives to be completed over the next 12 months - performance systems, compensation analytics, compliance audits, recruiting redesign, or other buildouts.
Step 7 - Integrate leadership development
Where appropriate, we layer in ongoing manager training, executive coaching, and strategic facilitation to ensure your people systems and leadership capability evolve together.

Outcome
At the end of this process, you'll have:
-
A clearly defined monthly HR scope
-
Defined ownership of HR functions and processes
-
A 12-month project forecast, if desired
-
A leadership development cadence (where appropriate)

The Design Session
Once alignment is established, we walk through these steps in a structured HR Design Session that evaluates each function line-by-line.

This is not a template. It is a structured, co-design process designed to build a clear, intentional monthly system.

If we are aligned, we'll walk you through the structured HR Design process and build your monthly plan together.
